Presentation- Importance

One reason that saving a presentation as a movie is that it can be viewed as a video. This could help people who don't like waiting for someone to explain a certain idea in a slide. People may like watching a video over a presentation going very slowly. Another way of saving a presentation is pdf. This can help you print it out. If you were in a emergency and had to rush through a presentation you can print it in this format. Also you can read it while you are in a specific place without hassle.
There are 2 other ways of saving it. These are a show and web. The show is only read only. If you don't want to accidentally change a item there you can use this format. Also if you are no hurry you may calmly watch it and take notes. This helps get the point across to reader. The other way is to web. THis helps you view it on the web and you may read it over a few times. It also allows the reader to print it out but it is better to print it out as pdf.
